This policy explains how FARIOXA LTD (“we”, “us”) uses your personal data when you visit https://evribuy.co.uk, create an account, place an order or contact us. We are the data controller for that data. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

The data we collect

• Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and anything you write to us.
• Order details: what you bought, when, the price, and delivery and returns information.
• Payment details: payments are taken by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.

Who we share your data with

We share your data only where it is needed to run our shop:

• Shopify, which hosts our online shop and stores our order records.
• Payment providers, which process your payment and carry out fraud checks.
• Delivery companies and fulfilment partners, which need your name, address and contact details to deliver your order.
• Providers of email, customer service and analytics tools that we use to run the shop.
• Regulators, law enforcement or professional advisers where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of our service providers store or process data outside the United Kingdom. When that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on contracts approved for international transfers, so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.

How long we keep your data

We keep order and payment records for at least six years, because tax law requires us to keep them. We keep account details until you ask us to close your account, and messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. We keep marketing preferences until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

• ask for a copy of your personal data;
• ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your data, or to restrict how we use it, in certain cases;
• object to our use of your data where we rely on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;

Children

Our shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
