Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use https://evribuy.co.uk and when you buy from us. Please read them before you order. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by FARIOXA LTD (“we”, “us”), trading as EvriBuy. We are a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16599022. 2. Ordering

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the products. We send an email to confirm that we have received your order. The contract between us is formed when we send the email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply a product, for example because it is out of stock or was priced incorrectly, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.

You must be at least 18 years old to order. Some products can only be sold to adults. For these we ask you to confirm your age before you add them to your basket, we may ask for proof of age or refuse the order, and items with a blade are handed over only to someone aged 18 or over who can show photo ID.

3. Products

We take care to describe and show products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging may vary from the picture. Always read the label and any instructions before you use a product.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices. Delivery to UK addresses is free. We take payment when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout.

If we find an obvious error in a price after you have ordered, we will contact you so you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, and delivery is free on every order. Delivery options and times are on our Delivery Information page. Delivery times are estimates. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund. The products become your responsibility when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Your right to cancel and return

You can return any item within 15 days of receiving it, which includes your legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days. Food, drink, medicines, cosmetics and toiletries must be unopened. The full details are on our Returns and Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Faulty products

We have a legal duty to supply products that match their description, are fit for purpose and are of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are explained on our Returns and Refunds page.

8. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products. We supply products for domestic and private use only and are not liable for business losses.

9. Using this website

You may use this website to browse and shop for your own personal use. You must not misuse it, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial purposes. If you create an account, please keep your sign-in details safe.

10. Your personal data

We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us so we can put things right.

12. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you place it.
