Pegasus Curry Powder 25g

Pegasus Curry Powder is a ready-mixed curry spice blend in a 25g pack, for cooks who want a curry without measuring out a row of separate spices. Order a single pack to try, or a case of twelve for a restaurant, takeaway or large family.

Key features

• Curry powder in a 25g size
• One pack or a case of 12 packs
• A blend, so no need to buy each spice separately
• Used for curries, rice, soups and marinades

How to use

Fry the powder gently in oil with onion and garlic before adding meat, vegetables or lentils, so the spices release their flavour. The heat level is not stated here, so check the pack, which also lists the ingredients and allergen information.
